Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
Refund, return, and exchange items must be in original & unused/undamagedcondition with original packaging and/or tags. Return items that do not meet thesequalifications will not be accepted.

● A refund will only be given after the items have been returned to us, The VALKOREY Team, and have been checked for their condition.
● We do not cover the shipping costs for return items, nor do we refund shipping costs for orders that were processed and shipped correctly by The VALKOREY Team.
● Customers who need an item refunded/returned or exchanged must provide a valid tracking number to us, The VALKOREY Team, to verify that the package has been turned over to the post office.
● We will not accept re-shipping or refund requests if the package was returned due to personal reasons (such as refusal to accept, unclear address, incorrect shipping information, etc.), or was delivered but the delivery time did not meet expectations. We also do not accept refund requests if you refuse to pay customs duties resulting in customs clearance failure.

If you experience any issues, you can reach us at support@valkorey-studios.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Kapitellaan 1 6077BK Sint Odilienberg. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@valkorey-studios.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Items bought at live events such as conventions are only eligible for returns and refunds at the event itself and not online. If returned at the event, the item must be in original, unopened, and unused/undamaged condition with original packaging and/or tags. Return items that do not meet these qualifications will not be accepted.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union Right of Withdrawal 
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To exercise this right, go to your account under Orders

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@valkorey-studios.com.
