Table Setup
Not the final, polished version of our table, as we do not have the space in the office, but it should give a basic representation of what our table at Eurofurence would look like.
Details such as setup gear, final measured table length, licenses, and electronic devices are listed below.
TABLE SETUP --- Not all merchandise items fit on the picture. ITEMS MISSING: 3 tote bags (on the side), 5 larger prints, 3 small prints, 2 merch shirts (on the side), Pencils, extra stickers, second lanyard design, sticker books, additional keychain designs, price list, price cards, foamboard cut out of characters (only if there is room), and parts of our tapestry are hidden. They either did not fit in our studio setup or still had to be made when the pictures were taken.
Building blocks (VidaXL).
Easy to set up and sturdy. We have around 90 of them, just in case (the picture had 43).

Detachable black wooden shelves.
A personal style we wanted to go for.
They are pretty sturdy.
Professional photography rig (VEVOR).
The rig you see behind the building blocks, holding up the banners. Adjustable in height/length to fit the event’s guidelines. With heavy linear stand legs to ensure it does not get knocked down or cause anybody to trip over them.
Cardboard displays.
Our products will ultimately be showcased with displays behind them for a professional look.
Setup gear
Space note:
The office is not big enough for the entire setup. You might notice that some blocks are not entirely on the table, which is the case for both sides.
We did not want to risk an unstable construction at that moment.
We measured space usage up to 250 cm for all items with limited gaps between each item. This excludes drawing space. More on this in our registration comment.
Even though we requested this table space, we fully understand that EF might not want to give this space to newcomers <3
Electronic Devices
Screen (Samsung Smart monitor).
We want to play the VALKOREY series trailer on a screen inside our set-up. We will block it off for the final setup so no one can reach inside.
The monitor will be attached to one of the work laptops. It will require around 80 Watts.
If we happen to exceed the Watts limit or if there is no available electricity for any unforeseen reason, we still have a power bank available, suitable for laptops.
For safety reasons, we will always be able to watch and reach the monitor cables from the back.
If EF wants us to, we can even bring a small fire extinguisher as a part of our crew will be driving to the event instead of flying. We take safety seriously.
Ipads.
If given the space we requested, we will also bring our work iPads (2 of them) to demonstrate live drawing in CLIP Studio Paint.
The team will charge these iPads outside of the event.
Personal note from Valkorey: I am allowing the team members to take live drawing commissions without taking a cut from them, as AI has been making it hard for the artists to get work outside the series. If this is against EF policies, please let me know.
For the team to use these iPads, we require table space to draw. However, it won’t be much as these devices are relatively small compared to our XP pen display tablets. This will only be considered if EF can and is willing to provide the requested table space.
It is by no means a must-have.
Card reader.
We will also be using a portable card reader for sales.
Footage displayed at the event.
The series trailer we want to play at the event features art exclusively made by the Valkorey team. No third parties were involved.
The trailer song will not be hearable as we do not want to create noise pollution. We do have written permission from the band to use the song in public as we are also partnered with them.
Merchandise.
The Valkorey team designs all of the art and merchandise. We do not sell fanart, copied products, or other copyrighted material from third parties.
In the original table setup video, you might have noticed cards that resemble the “UNO reverse card.” We have removed this item from our collection entirely.
Chamber of Commerce.
The “Valkorey” brand/company is officially registered at the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands.
