About The Series
VALKOREY is an animated web series featuring a mentally unstable & unpredictable protagonist who arises from the dead in search of a mysterious paradise to call her home.
Our main character, Valkorey, is brought back from an unfortunate death and given a second chance to live. Her memories and knowledge about the world are completely lost and only seem to come back to her in the form of nightmares that consistently haunt her in her sleep. After rising from the dead, her three former friends help and guide Valkorey on her journey to find peace and safety from all the horrors she experiences in her dreams.
Over the course of ten episodes, viewers and Valkorey learn who she is through a series of traumatic events, eight individual nightmares. When awake, she makes decisions based on the information she is given in her sleep and by her immediate surroundings.
The series shows how complicated childhood trauma can be and how it changes and influences an individual in their daily life. Yet it’s not impossible to follow your goal.
